    Help Desk Specialist



    Help Desk Support to serve as first level point of contact for end users reporting problems or asking questions related to the applications systems. This position requires phone and email support. Receive client queries regarding system problems, troubleshoot the problem, log calls into tracking application, either resolve the problem immediately and close the call or forward to the appropriate technician. Follow industry standard help desk telephone etiquette; be able to convey instructions orally using neutral tones with clear speech. US Citizenship or ADP II clearance required.
