    I'm a repeat customer, but always so impressed. Joe, came out again to clean movie room and stairs today. Carpet looked clean with no stains, but I know the cats had multiple accidents in there (locked out of litter area-long, miserable story). He has a sanitizer/formula that completely eliminates any residual odor--completely!
