My husband and I tried it last night. Here's a synopsis of our experience:

    • We had a reservation, but no table available when we arrived. The maitre D pulled a table from out back and we ended up sar tight in front of the service station.
    • While it had a definite buzz, the music was far too loud for such a small establishment.
    • We ordered appetizers and main course at the same time. A mistake. No sooner had we finished the starter, the main course arrived and was cold. I sent mine back.
    • Overall the food was good, despite the service.
    • The owner approached us after we had eaten and noted that he was aware of our experience, but instead of apologizing, he went on to explain that the kitchen sees an order and cooks everything on that page, as if to try to explain why the main dishes were cold. They had obviously been cooked ahead, sat around, and then served when we finished our starter. I'm sorry but that is the responsibillity of wait staff, and more importantly, the owner to manage the kitchen.
The biggest problem I had was that the team of staff, which was significant for such a small restaurant, spent most of the evening purched at the service station/bar perusing and watching everyone eat. I felt like a goldfish.

Expect to pay no less than $36 for bottle of wine. Main courses average out at $25 per head.

Overall. Sloppy service, reasonable food, but not worth the money.
