Can anyone recommend a reliable company to repair our hot tub? We used Artisan Aquatics in the past but had a problem with them last time they came out - so we need to find someone else. I'd rather choose on recommendation and not just randomly pick a name from the Internet.

    Thanks.

If no one responds, it may be helpful to look into Angie's List or Checkbook Magazine...they usually have good recommendations that you perhaps could check out....You might also want to look into BBB (last resort to check out the reliability and record). Good luck!

SpasEast - they are in Reston - bought my tub from them and (knock-on-wood) only had one isse since - quick and not too badly priced.

We have a freelance guy who comes out. Very good service and knowledgeable. I don't know how his prices compare, but he has always been honest and even helped me find a new panel even though I told him I was going to purchase and install it myself.

I'd like to know who you end up going with. Our hot tub has been out of commission for almost a year now. Don't know who to call, but if repair is too much we will not be replacing it and then will have to figure out how to get it removed and disposed of.

I'll let you know - our tub has been out of commission for almost 2 years - time to get it working if it's not too much! We're looking to do this mid-July so I'll let you know who we used and how it goes.
