House Reduced..!

    All.. My move is getting closer so reducing price on the house to really move and also offering a $3k bonus to either realtor (always paying full 3% to buyers agent regardless) or "friend" who brings a buyer. It absolultely shows great but think it was priced a bit too high - so reducing it under $900k and willing to deal.. Neighbors house still listed at $1 million.. Its on the MLS but link to my site is below.. Good way to make some quick cash..
