Hi - I was wondering how are the HOA clubs? What clubs are folks in? In the newsletter I think I saw Toastmasters, Walking Club, investment club, technology, etc. Is there a running club?

Are there any fees to join these clubs?

Is anyone interested in getting together for a cribbage night? Weekly or monthly?

Cliff. I'm in for the Euchre.

Euchre is a card game in which you only use the 9's - Ace's. You play in teams of 2. And there is a suit that is trump. Nothing beats trump unless it's a higher trump. Whatever team of 2 gets more "tricks" wins points based on how many tricks are won. It plays alot like spades except you don't use the whole deck, and trump can be a different suit each round.

Turn a bauer, lose for an hour.

Cribbage and euchre...Eureka!!! We'd love to get together! We would be happy to host one of the get togethers.

I was thinking of the community center as a get together place. That way no one has a big mess to clean up. Let me know what days/nights are good for ya'll!

would love to have it on like friday nights from 7PM to 10PM. That way everyone has the kids fed and sitters in.
Let me know if Fridays starting the 4th of August works. We can make it once a month or 2 times. Let me know what works for you.

I played Mille Bornes a couple of weeks ago. Forgot how much fun that game is. And it's good for a group, because it doesn't require tremendous concentration -- you can chat, get up from the table, etc. without impacting the flow of the game too much.
