How long is modification approval good for?

    We submitted an application to the Modification Subcomittee for a patio a couple of summers ago and it was approved but we never had it installed. We’re thinking about it again and I wonder if I need to resubmit an application?

    Yes, you do...If work isn't commenced within 12 months from the approval, the application needs to be resubmitted to the Modifications Subcommittee.

    The next deadline is June 1 for the meeting on June 6
