Home Repair HVAC Recommendation

This is a recommendation for R.A. Dobson if you need any HVAC repairs. I'm not recommending them because they came out and provided great service at a low price, actually the opposite. Our AC broke down a couple days ago during this unseasonable October heat and after some research, I identified the capacitor as the likely cause. I felt comfortable fixing it myself and just needed the part. I called several different companies but they wouldn't sell me the part I needed because I am not a contractor. I called R.A. Dobson and they had the part in stock and no problem selling it to me. They even let me ask a bunch of questions even though I wasn't adding to their bottom line and didn't get any up-selling, side-selling or cross-selling. The next time I have an HVAC issue that I'm not comfortable fixing myself, these guys are the first ones I'll call.
