In-Home child care

I know people ask this all the time, but looking to cut costs with daycare due to financial issues... anyone know of an in-home daycare that has room for at least a 1 year old possibly a 4 year old (although I like the program she is in so dont really want to move her) or someone that will come to my house that is looking for work and has great references and child care experience? Looking for any advice... not sure where to start. Anyone recommend how to go about finding someone? (we Do not want an au pair, no room).
