Inventor's Camp Friday--Duct Tape, LEGOS, Build a Website

We apologize for the late notice, but wanted to provide an outlet for the kids to build confidence and social skills on Friday. As a reminder, we do not mention ADHD during Camp--the kids know this as a Friendship Camp.
FRIDAY Noon-4pm Duct Tape/ Inventors/LEGOS/Build A Website Camp on Friday
We're going to use our kids' creativity to build confidence and new skills.

First, we'll create some really cool inventions using Duct tape of all colors (red, purple, green, blue, black and more). We'll make duct tape wallets and more. Then, we'll have a LEGO building contest in which everyone will be a winner.

Many of the kids have said they want to learn how to build a web site. They are fascinated by computers and the internet. So we'll take digital pictures of our inventions and creations, then post them on a new web site. We'll even try to sell the duct tape wallets for a few dollars.

The kids will be able to see their inventions on the internet, and we'll keep adding to it week after week.

The trick is this, though. In order to have your creation posted on the web site, you must COLLABORATE with other children. This is not a strength of our kids, so we'll work on social skills and collaboration.

So let the kids sleep in a bit, take your time in the morning, and then drop them off from Noon to 4pm. We'll have a great afternoon together. Cost is $75 for four hours. Each Camper can bring one sibling.
