You might want to reconsider your selling price. Apple's latest iPod Touch is the 5th generation model and you're selling the previous version.
Another important note is that this iPod Touch (4th Generation) will NOT support the upcoming iOS 7 upgrade that Apple will be releasing in the next 2-3 months. Highest iOS version this iPod will support is iOS 6.
