I just spotted a dog taking a stroll around the neighorhood at the top of Highview Trail Pl, and continuing down Ridgeway around 3:25 pm. It's a tan colored dog, sorry don't have a guess on the breed, but it's medium sized. Looked like he/she was wearing a light blue bandana-type thing. I couldn't get close enough before he ran away, but didn't look like a collar.

If it's the same dog I've seen it has gotten loose quite a few times now. I have tried to grab it a few times but it seems to be on the hunt for rabbits and can easily jump our short fences around here. Quick guy, won't let you get close. It does not come to food as far as I can tell when it's on the hunt. Looks like a medium sized tan bulldog mix or something. If it's the same dog it attacked a lady walking her dogs over the weekend injuring one of her small dogs in front of our house on highview. Please be careful around that dog.

Saw the same dog on Ridgeway on Sunday. I got out of my car to try to get it, but he ran behind a house and looks like he was heading from Loudoun Valley Estates area. Guess he came back this way. Has anyone called Animal Control. If he attacked some dogs, need to get him home or with the authorities before he or someone/something gets hurt.

About a minute or two after I got the dog away from the lady, her daughter, and her two dogs the owner drove up and continued to try and get his dog. I'm guessing he was the owner as the dog seemed to almost listen to him but he was having about as much luck as I was. As far as I can tell the dog has no tags on and I've seen it dragging a chain in the past that it obviously broke. I've also seen it without any neck restraint at all. He gets loose quite a bit. I do not know the current status of the dog or where the owner lives. I don't believe the dog is people aggressive.. These two smaller dogs are about the size of a rabbit so I'm guessing that's why he went after them. I didn't catch the actual attack though. I got out there a minute or two after when the women were holding their dogs in their arms and his tan dog was jumping up trying to get at the smaller dogs. The one dog that got bit had a good chunk out of it's ear and was bleeding. I sure hope the poor thing is ok. As I said, just be careful around that dog.

Oh, this is not the same dog I saw then. I one I saw was tan, almost looked like a bull terrier mix of some kind with REAL short hair. Shorter then a labs hair. Had a blue color on and seemed slightly skiddish.

The dog I'm talking about is a stocky build, It's gotta be some kind of boxer mix. Hard to tell. Definitally tan in color. Short hair. Probably around 30-40 pounds. I've never seen it with a collar on. Usually it's either got nothing or is dragging whatever restraint device it broke out of. This guy is very nimble and quick. He can easily hop our fence and has a few times. I've caught him inside our fenced yard twice now and he just hops right out.
