Any ideas on local jobs in the range of $10-$15+ an hour with somewhat flexible hours that don't require more than an associates degree? Bonus points if healthcare is included. I can come up with bank teller, Starbucks barista and restaurant server stuff, but I am at a loss beyond that. Trying to help a friend.

    Thanks

Dog walking. I did it for a while for Animal Au Paws out of Leesburg. Great job for getting exercise and playing with cute pets, flexible hours. I also use Woofies which also seems like a well run company that has a large client base in Broadlands.

Potomac Swim School hires people to teach lessons. I think they provide the training if someone has basic swimming knowledge.

Paychex regularly hires new Payroll people and they only require a HS diploma, has decent benefits, and pays pretty well. If your friend is lucky and gets in, that's a pretty nice career to get into.
