We ate lunch there today. We got there about 11:45 (very smart move) and by noon a line started forming. Of course it didnt' help that 4 teenagers who were finished with their meal had 3 more friends join them and order even though the original kids had gotten their bill. They should never have been allowed to do that. What they should have been told was they needed to get in line and wait for a table. As it was they crammed about 7 people into a booth meant for 4. Anyway, we had great service and didn't have to wait very long. One thing that would help is getting rid of at least one large booth and putting a couple of tables in it's place. There were several groups of 2 and 4. We (2 of us) sat at a booth that could easily seat 8. Several people ordered takeout and others just left. There aren't enough tables for quick turnover and why do people when they see a line waiting, continue to sit and talk after they've paid?

Anyway, as far as Dan Snyder goes, I'm a Cowboy fan, but I'll still eat there. I don't care how much money he has or how big his empire is. That's capitalism and I prefer it over the alternative that we seem to be heading towards.

We ate their yesterday. The food was horrible. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich - which fell apart and had zero flavor. My son ordered scrambled eggs, that - I kid you not- were gray. Spouse ordered burger that fell apart and was lacking in any flavor, but did have an interesting texture. Also had teh Chocolate Malt that was thin and was closer to vanilla than chocolate. Overall, very disappointing. Calling it "subpar" is a compliment for what it really was. We won't return. Sorry JRs.

Yeah, we stopped going. Service was terrible as well. While I know this forum tends to compile the complaints more than the kudos, this is one place which went downhill from the start, never found its footing, and has wallowed in less than mediocrity. If I were the owner, I would kick some butt, hire a new crew, impress upon them the importance of quality, and restart this puppy before he goes out of business. Yes, I realize its just a burger joint...but with so many choices in this area, you can't get away with sub-par performance.

Oops, I was too specific with species - you're right, animal style. The one fried in mustard, with the special sauce and grilled onions!
