Kudos to Door Doctor, Inc

My 8 year old garage door opener suddenly stopped working, push the button and the machine just went "click". I called the Door Doctor, who originally installed the opener in June of 2000, and the technician was here within hours of the phone call. He fixed the problem, (faulty RPM sensor), and didn't charge me a thing!!

I second the kudos! They are great. We have used them a few times and they didn't charge us once either. My garage door got busted and wouldn't shut. They came out and fixed the issue and gave us a quote on a new door.

They told us the door would still work but we decided to get a new one from them anyways. The old door had gotten pretty mangled up. They were not pushy at all!

 

thanks for the mention! this IS excatly what i look for... while I hope I never need his services, at least I know who to call if I ever do... lol
