Living Room Sofa and Chair For Sale

just ordered a new sofa and chairs for our living room, and looking for a new home for our current sofa and chair. Chair is a bold leaf and flower pattern on an off-white background. Sofa is off-white with subtle vertical stripes, and has pillows that match the chair pattern. They are from Jennifer convertibles, so the sofa is a sleeper, in excellent structural condition (as guests stay in the guest room, not on the sleeper sofa!)
