Looking for an A/C Contractor

    Our upstairs A/C seems to have decided to stop working. Any recomendations for A/C contractors? I know that VM uses Wittman, but the house is now 2 1/2 years old, and definitely out of the A/C warranty.

    There is usually a 5 year manufacturers warranty on builder grade A/C

    Any new info on A/C contractors?

    Is Wittman Mechanical Cont, Inc. the ones who put the HVAC units in back in 1998?

    We live in a VM townhome and McRea was the installer for our A/C unit. We have had them in a couple of times and surprisingly, they have been pretty good to work with.
