Need Help! Looking for basement to Rent after Jan 1st

    Hi my name is Chad Etter 38 SWM. I am looking for a finished basement in the Ashburn area to rent. I do have a dog he is 35 lbs. He is well behaved does not chew on things of potty in the house. Would like a private bath and enterance. I do have two vehicles so I would need enough parting on the street. Do not have any referances as I am new to the area, I am living with my family right now. Can afford 800 per month including utilities. Thank you
