We know of a family looking for a single family home in the original side of Broadlands (not Southern Walk). They are looking to hopefully find a home with no realtor involved. If anyone knows of anyone contemplating selling, please PM me.

There is a house for sale by owner on Tithables (right at the intersection of of Gatehouse). At least the last time i drove by it was listed. They have done that a couple of times but as far as I know it has not sold. Not sure what the deal is.

I understand why some people don't want an agent but a really good buyer's agent can often help save their clients money.

Pass along my website to them and ask them to contact me if they like what they see. I know of people in Broadlands that are close to selling.

No realtor involved?
there are quite a few very nice houses for sale in N. Broadlands.
I think in this market (my opinion only :-D) you are probably better off having a realtor.
One could save a lot of communication and paperwork annoyances and perhaps it will be cost worthy... maybe.
