    Hello,

    If anyone knows of 4 bedroom SFH with a fenced yard coming up for lease in the Broadlands please PM me. Our landlords are returning and we need to find a new rental for one year or less.

    I believe there is a house on Ellzey Drive across from Hillside that had a Remax "For Rent" sign in front. Not sure about the layout of the house but it looks about right for 4 bedrooms.

    I just found a 4 BR in Broadlands South that looks beautiful and has a fenced yard. Owner will consider 12-month or less lease. It's available June 1. Call me or e-mail if you'd like to see it.
