Looking to share nanny

We just had a baby in January (she is 3-months old) and would like to provide daytime care without her having to be in a room with 15 other babies. Would anyone here be interested in getting a nanny together? There is one woman in particular that I have spoken with who has many years of experience /knowledge and would provide a more nurturing, caring environment then the daycare. Her price is very reasonable and if split in half, is higher quality care for the same price, if not lower. She also does not require payment during vacations.

Hello, I might be open to the idea. I'm interested in what the cost would be, is the woman you have in mind still available? Would we alternate houses? What hours is the nanny available? Stephanie, I sent you an email with more information. I will try to call the nanny today to see if she is still available and what her hours would be. I have a feeling she is still available since it was just last week that I spoke with her. If she isn't available, there are other nanny's out there to choose from.

No, I didn't. The Daycare has grown on me and I like the woman who normally cares for my baby. She seems to really care for her and she is all smiles when we pick her up, or even when we watch her from a distance. So, for now, I am content with the Daycare. Thanks for asking though!

 

Would you mind sharing the day-care you are using? We are in the final stages of adoption - and we need to line up a care giver for at least part-time (while I convince my job to let me work from home). Thank you, Erika
