Lost Lost black cat- we miss him!

Hello- we are missing our petite male black cat. He is all black with a little white on his belly. He is neutered, has yellow eyes and does not have a collar or chip. His name is Romeo and we miss him very much, as does his sister. We know that someone brought a cat fitting that description to Caring Hands Animal Hospital yesterday and they were instructed to contact the Loudon Animal Rescue or Friends of Homeless Animals, however, as of yet they have not.
