Cosmo got out of our new home and was chased by dogs down into the storm drain. He is quite large, 23 pounds, Latte colored with a white face, big white belly, gold eyes and pink feet. Last seen on Tues, 3/22, at 2:00pm in the storm drains on Heritage Oak, in Southern Walk. Those same drains empty out behind Oak Post. I have placed signs near there and will put some traps out, but some extra eyes and ears couldn't hurt. I'm concerned that he is unfamiliar with the new neighborhood and couldn't find his way home no matter what. My phone numbers are 571-333-7833 and 703-928-9414-cell. He had a collar with the phone listed. It poured rain last night, so he must be freezing cold and very hungry. He is kind and gentle, but spooked right now.

    Thanks for all your help

Oh I do hope you find your kitty and I know how concerned you are for him. When Tripod, my 3 legged guy, got out, he hunkered down inside the "storm drain tunnel" which is near our home in Southern Walk. Hopefully yours is just hunkering down until he calms down and hears your voice calling him. I'll keep an eye out for him too!

FOUND HIM!! Just this morning I hunkered down in the storm drain with some smelly cat food. That worked and he is very happy to be home. Thanks to my neighbors, whom I have yet to formally meet, for not calling the cops about the woman in the drain!! Not quite the Four Seasons, but oh well!! Thanks again all!! I will remove the signs.
