Thank You, but I bought brown and it doesn't match the old color. Since the HOA is so particular, I didn't want to get a write-up from the neigborhood police on the wrong color. So, I was looking for the offical color, if its Brown, then brown it is.

There is not an official color but we have suggested:

Behr (available at Home Depot) Chocolate Coco # S-G-760 or

Sherwin Williams Terra Brun # 6048

mamatothree, thank you! I now have my project for the weekend (assuming the weather is good). I was looking for something to do outside, like painting, instead of having to tackle replacing my non-working exhaust fan in the master bath (it just hums when it is turned on). :)

'fraid I can't help with the fan, but if you run out of outdoor projects you are welcome to tackle some at my house! :smash:

Home Depot carries a post very similar to the ones used in the northern section of Broadlands.

Yippee! I may have to take you up on that. With Spring here, it's good to do some outside work!

    gryphon and others--

I know this is off topic:offtopic:; but would you like to come do some work on our farm?
Our free range hens are hatching their eggs with their young chicks, our fences are being repaired, and we are butchering our hogs. Just a little "down time" on the farm.

Also, we are wondering if anyone would like some FREE free range FRESH eggs? Also, perhaps some fresh meat from our livestock? Also, hubby and brother are painting our dairy barn today and tomorrow.

    Have a good weekend--

    Foodie
