Meter Readers?

I'm new to Broadlands Southern Walk Courtyard. I have security cameras up around the house and noticed today while reviewing the tape, somebody wandering down my driveway (there is no reason to do this). Since I'm not usually around during the day, I'm not sure if there are people who read meters -- maybe someone saw someone doing this today? I didn't see a vehicle -- in fact, it looked kind of like he wandered off of the nature trail that runs nearby. Probably no reason to be paranoid, just thought I'd ask.

 

I noticed there were meter readers coming around today as well.

 

Ok, good. It didn't look like he had a clipboard or anything, so that made me suspicious. Just being paranoid!

 

Don't they just have wireless scan guns now to read the meter...shouldn't need a clipboard.

 

I believe they do ..
