Miller & Smith

    Who else is having issues with dealing with Miller & Smith? I'm at my wits end and am ready to contact a lawyer! This is crazy! We were promised all new counters and now they are making up excuses not to do it and yesterday I was talked to like I was a crazy woman! I've had enough of the broken promises and BS! Anyone have any advice or suggestions? I've gone up the ladder as far as they are allowing me but of course I don't get return phone calls. We're going to draft up a letter today and send certified so that we can prove they got it. Sorry to vent so early in the morning but...you know how it goes!

    I have found that unless you get it in writing with a signature and letterhead of the company, you might as well have been negotiating with a ghost.

    I would definitely send a certified letter to the president of the company, outlining the promises made and not kept, with threats to go to the press as well as a lawyer.

    They finally gave us something in writing...only it wasn't what they promised! I really despise them! They are scum and don't give a crap about customer service or their reputation...people just keep buying anyway so why would they care? We're planning on contacting a lawyer next week. Oh, we also found out that another M&S TH had the same exact problem with their granite...only this family didn't push hard enough for a fix.
