Minor Roof/Siding Repairs

    We lost a 10-12 ft section of the aluminum covering (raking?) near the top of our roof ... we called Nova Roofing to come by and give us an estimate. They were upfront about it costing $85 for this estimate (which would be applied to the job), but they were not at all upfront about the $475 minimum fee they charge for such repairs. I kind of got suckered into this deal and felt taken to the cleaners when it was all said and done. The bottom line is I would not even bother calling Nova for any small roofing repairs.
