Wondering if there are any teenagers out there that would be interested in providing a sort of "assisted living"?
On snow days where Loudoun co. and Fairfax Co. schools are closed, our day care (as are most) is also closed. My wife can work from home but it is very difficult to work and watch a 9 month old. We would like to hire a 12 year old or older to HELP watch, not babysit, our son on these days. Please post a response with your contact information if interested. Thanks!

you might try some of the names listed in the Broadlands newsletter.
I do not know how much you would pay a "helper" but the going rate for babysitting is $8/ hour.
My teenage daughters just raised their rate to $10 after midnight.
My younger daughter is considering using that rate on school nights as well.
