Mother's Morning Out/ Preschool Class

Hi there. I am an experienced degreed teacher and mother of a preschooler here in the Broadlands. I am offering a 1 day morning out for moms on Tuesdays from 9:3-12:00 for going on 3 year olds. This is a class that is held in my home in our lower level area that we formed into a preschool setting.

Classes will last from October through May with summer camps to follow. An academic curriculum revolves around our themes chosen for each month.

Several centers are found within the preschool including smal motor, music, library/language, math, science, art, block and dramatic play area. We will touch upon all of these centers and incorporate them into our themes to balance out our school activities. We will also improve on social skills, following rules and having their own time away from family.

Snapshot:

* October 07 through May 08
* Several centers to use with themes and for free play
* Our morning consists of centers, free play, circle time, snack activities based on themes and clean up
* No more than 5 children in a class

This is a great way to ease your child into a school setting with a small number of students and plenty of hands-on fun in an academically enriching environment.
