Need Help! Need Full Time Nanny or Daycare ASAP

We just moved into the Broadlands community, and we are looking for a full time nanny or in-home daycare for our 4 kids.

Our oldest is in 3rd grade, so she is in school during the day, but our little ones are 1, 2 1/2, and 4. They are adorable, well mannered (most of the time!), energetic, fun, happy, smart kids with a great sense of humor. We currently have a full time nanny, but she is moving out of state soon, and my husband and I both work full time with variable weekday hours (sometime long days, sometimes shorter days...).

Ideally, we would like our kids to stay close to home and stay together (not get split up into different daycare classes). They are the best of buddies and I don't want to break that bond!
