Need help to fix window awning/shade

    Hi,
    Last massive snow storm broke a metal strip out of my 2nd level window shade (for lack of a better word). See attached picture. I tried to just pull it off but its metal and wouldn't come off easily. I am looking for a handyman who can fix this. Please give me an estimate.
