Went there last weekend on Sat. night. Had the suggested Junglee and was in heaven. Went back Sunday for more. Had the buffet to try a few different things but realized they wouldn't put anything spicy on the buffet. Sanjay in the back was happy to whip up some spicy curry for me and again I had to roll myself out of there. Good stuff.

 

Went tonight for the first time, had the butter chicken, and the large shrimp, so so good.

 

Went to Saffron yesterday. Veggie curries were not the usual Indian curries, except the Baingan barta (eggplant).

Butter Chicken, tandoori chicken, goat curry were very good. Biryani was tasty but little soggy.

But I would definitely go back and try dinner.

 

Went there for lunch today. The place is beautiful. The food is really good but it was so quiet. We were the only table there (11:45am Thu) for at least 30 min. Feel bad for the restaurant owner. Good food can't survive bad location.

 

Been to all of the area Indian restaurants Banjara, Supper Club, etc this is much better food quality and menu - though not much of a variety but what they have are very tasty flavorful dishes.

 

the buffet had a wonderful array of vegetarian and meat dishes- we wanted to try everything but got too full! can't wait to go back. it's outstanding.
