    Fellow Foodies--

Since "y'all" like to be informed of the "latest and greatest (or no??)" restaurants coming soon--Dulles Town Center will have a NEW restaurant opening in November 2007 called VAPIANO. Vapiano is a pizza and pasta restaurant. Web site is below--

    www.vapiano.com (Vapiano's web site/info and is a pasta/pizza dining option.)

The restaurant may be going in where Big Bowl formerly was housed. Not sure if at this location or at Chevy's former locale.

I still miss the old Chevy's. One of the few restaurants that we go that actually serves Pepsi.

    Foodies--

I agree what we need is a "Mom and Pop" restaurant not another "wannabe Italian eaterie." Oh--well--

Looks like Tysons Galleria is getting a new restaurant called "Wildfire". Has anyone eaten there in the Chicago areas?

Foodie - I have eaten at many of the Lettuce Entertain You Places in the Chicago area, including WildFire in my hometown. Yummy steaks but not somewhere I would take my 15 month old :) That isn't a negative, just an observation. My Mother always complains at how expensive it is, but I think that is relative as it never really seemed horribly out of line to me for the food and service. The service there was wonderful each time we went and we never felt rushed out - I hope they can get that to translate out here. Good for a nice night out and a very full belly (I recall leaving VERY stuffed).

Ok, now I am hungry and the bucket of Halloween candy for tonight it pretty tempting

    mlfrank, Lee, and others--

mlfrank--Thanks for the info. Yes, friends of ours in Chicago also recommended "Wildfire" similar to a "Cotton Club" restaurant pehaps?

Lee--That's okay "sugar"--your "Texas Twang" is okay by me--just kidding! Hey, Lee, do you think you can "Texas Two-Step" with Barbara and Snow at the upcoming "Political Party Cotillion"?

    Gotta run--

    Foodie:)
