new school zone signs near Mill Run?

    The new school zone signs have me confused. They state that the speed limit is 25 mph when flashing. Since this is a residential zone, isn't the speed limit always 25 mph on Ridgeway???

    Just curious.

    Doesn't matter. It is law/code that the flashing signs be placed in school zones.
