Need Help! Occasional Babysitter Needed!

My hubby and I are looking for an experienced sitter to look after our 3 little ones from time to time. We would like someone who's dependable and reliable. We want to eventually develop a relationship- someone we can call on when needed, usually on Friday, Saturday or Sunday; for 4 to 6 hours in the evening.

Our kids are ages 4, 5 1/2, and 9. They love crafts, movies, outdoor play, baking small treats, board games, group activities.....etc. We would like someone who's creative, fun, and outgoing. CPR trained is a plus!
