Product Specialist

Online School Management Systems is looking for part time product specialist to join our team. You will be providing product support for our Online School Payments (OSP) system which is a fully integrated online school activity and cafeteria funds payment solution. OSP allows parents, students, and guardians to pay using a credit card online using a web browser. Hours are flexible but would need to be scheduled Mondays through Fridays between 8-5, ideally 20 hours per week.

Job Duties include:

· Providing phone and email support to end users of the OSP system
· Provide online training to new users
· Assist in Implementing the systems to new schools
· Updating and creating new training documentation and creating training modules
· Assist in product testing of new changes made to the system
· Assist in researching disputed credit card charges

Ideal candidate will possess previous experience implementing or supporting software solutions with a strong ability to learn new technologies.

Skills required:

· Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
· Microsoft Windows
· 2-3 years’ experience working in a software related industry
· Customer support experience
· Detail oriented
· Strong interpersonal skills

Skills Desired but not required:

· Experience developing training materials
· Microsoft SQL Server
