Pictures with Santa--volunteers needed

    Santa will be visiting the Nature Center again this year to listen to the children's request as well as pose for that all important photo!

    The event is scheduled for Friday, Dec 11 from 6-8pm and again Saturday, Dec. 12 from 9-noon. We will have light refreshments and a few activities to try and keep the little ones busy.

    However, we are in need of several Santa's Helpers for both the friday and saturday events. Please send me a message if you can help with set up (probably 1 hour prior to the event), clean up (approx. 1 hour towards the end of the event), and 1 hour shifts during the event to help with line management and other misc. santa duties. We also MAY need a santa --so please let me know if you or anyone you know might be interested in helping out in that capacity!

    this is a great event every year folks. Helping out is so amazingly simple. Things are indoors, and you get to see your friends and neighbors out during a happy time of the years. Please consider contributing - it doesn't take anything really at all except a bit of your time and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

    Do you think some 5th graders could help with the setup? My Girl Scout Troop may be able to help out on Friday afternoon.
