So..are we allowed to have PODS or other mobile storage units stored on our driveways for an extended length of time (what's the time limit)? Or perhaps even in a parking space (I'm sure that's not allowed but it's worth a check).

Im sure it depends on what "Extended" means. I would contact Wes at the HOA office to get your answer. I think more than a couple of days (long enough to load it up) would be too long in most peoples' opinions.

We had the storage unit from Store to Door in our TH driveway for about a week and a half. We didn't have a problem with HOA saying anything to us.

When we moved, we first put alot of extra items in 'pods'. I let Wes know about it first, and made sure that they were only there for as long as I needed them there. But I made sure Wes knew that it was only for a short time.

FWIW ... I would say about a week or so max, longer than that the HOA may get some complaints.
