Pool and lifeguard opinions

I just wanted to know what people have to think of the pools and lifegurads in Broadlands so far this summer. I haven't gone much but, I thought everything is going great. Anyone have any opinions?

 

we went to Southern Walk today and they were all GREAT. attentive, polite, the pool and changing areas were clean- they consistently came around and straightened out chairs and cleaned up the area.

i was really impressed with their teamwork and how vigilant they were. GREAT JOB FOLKS!!!!

 

Every one has been friendly, polite, professional, at both the Southern Walk and Summerbrooke pools when we've been there. We haven't been to the community center one except for swim team. But we did have to register a complaint with the Summerbrooke staff last week because the pool was extremely dirty, with leaves, bugs, and hair all over the place. My son and his friend thought it was "gross" to swim in. The guards at the office accepted the complaint with a professional manner, but their response was they were really busy with swim lessons and didn't have time to clean the pool that day. I hope management can figure out a way to offer lessons and still get the pool cleaned.

 

We've only been to the Summerbrook pool, but all the guards there seem really nice. Just this weekend one of the female guards stopped me on my way out, asked my sons name and told me how cute she thought he was.

We've never run in to any problems there with it being dirty or anything. I was just noticing that the baby pool seems to be kept very clean as well. And, they come by and check the ph often.

We are impressed
