Pool application?

We moved into our new home in SW in mid-March and did not get any information regarding the pool. I noticed on the website that an application needs to be turned in by mid-May. Are those mailed out or do we need to go somewhere to get them?

 

A pool application package was sent out to all residents, but because of the timing of when you moved in, it may not have gotten to you.
Stop by the HOA office at the Nature Center and they can get you what you need.

 

Does anyone know how quickly after submitting your pool application that passes will be ready for pickup?

 

Usually within a week or less. There were a bunch of passes ready for pickup at the Annual Meeting last week, so if you sent in your application a few weeks ago, I'd say they're ready.

 

I just drove down Claiborne and noticed the "bulletin board" for lack of a better term mentioned picking the passes up on Friday and (I think) Saturday this weekend. I'm not certain because I already have mine from last year so I didn't pay THAT much attention. Sorry. But check the board next time you drive down Claiborne as though you're leaving Safeway.

 

pool passes will be ready to pick up 2 weeks after you drop them off. to garuntee you have one by opeining day Saturday May 27th you needed to have dropped them off by Friday May 12th. The staff will do everything that they can to get them turned around as quickly as possible. If you already turned your forms in you can pick up the pool passes at the Nature center - F 9 to 5 and this comming Wed May 17th from 5 to 7 or Saturday May 20th form 10am til noon. If you do not have an applicton and need a pool pass you can get forms at the nature center and just fill them out there to get your passes
