Pool Membership Applications

    It's been called to my attention that some residents may have received a pool pass application with the incorrect FAX number. If you wish to FAX your application to the HOA office please use 703-729-9733...Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    We didn't get an application, either. Where can I get one? Is there a fee or is it included in the HOA fee? Thanks.

    They are sent by mail to all homeowners in the Broadlands. You should receive your packet by the end of the week. If you do not, call me at 703-729-9714. If you are a renter please contact your landlord.
