We are in the midst of turning the guest room into a nursery and are in full-on-panic mode to get ready

You'll need two people to move it but it is not difficult or particularly heavy. We can disassemble before pick up - assembly is rather intuitive or any futon place can give you instructions! Or, depending on how fast you come pick it up you can see how we disassemble it to make reassembly easier.
