    Hello neighbors..

In the design guidelines for our town homes it says -
We want to build a firepit color composite deck with white vinyl railings. Its not all white deck, or two toned railings. So I wasn't sure if it would fall under the permitted design.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

    Cheers

From the sounds of what you are proposing, I believe it would be approved. As a member of the modificatons sub committee, I would approve it as long as the railings and posts are composite materials and not two tone.
