I have had this massage chair for a little over 3 years now and it works well. Most of the major functions work well I'm just upgrading to a newer model. A few items of note

1. The only thing not working is the back heater. The leg heater still functions.
   
2. There is some wear in the fabric on the back where the rollers are
   
   
3. The fabric covering the mechanics separated from the zipper. I've repaired it enough to make it usable but someone much better at sewing than me could probably clean it up much nicer.
   

All leg, hip, arm, and shoulder air bags function perfectly. All rollers function perfectly as does the 0 gravity feature.

Note that this version is the 2017 version without the bluetooth and led's. They don't keep the old version information on the amazon page.
