Looking for some recommendations for a local B&B and perhaps spa treatment to celebrate our upcoming anniversary. Somewhere within an hour's drive.

Not sure what is your definition of local but the Red Fox Inn in Middleburg is wonderful. It's just far away enough that you feel you've had a mini-vacation. Food and atmospher are great! Websit is http://www.redfox.com/

L'auberge Provencale is really nice and has one of the finest restaurants in the area in my opinion. We stayed at the villa (they have 2 B&B's within several miles of eachother) for our anniversary and had a great time. http://www.laubergeprovencale.com
