    Dole Fresh Vegetables recalls Dole American Blend salad (12 oz bags; UPC 7143000933; Use by October 17; Codes A275208A or A275208B), after Listeria monocytogenes was found in a random sample tested by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. The recalled salads were distributed in Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
