I just bought a couple of Ritetemp 7 day programmable thermostats from Depot for about $50 each. I followed the installation directions but they don't seem to work.[V] I replaced the builder provided Honeywell thermostats. I successfully installed a programmable thermostat at my old house and it made a notable reduction in my energy cost.[^] Any suggestions?

The thermostat I installed doesnt seem to be communicating with the fan or AC controls. Havent tested the heat function yet. I attached the four colored wires (red, green, blue, and white) that the old thermostat used to their respective terminals RC G B W on the new thermostat. What am I missing?
