Recycled Xmas trees

    I think tomorrow is the recycling day for the Xmas trees - am I right?

    Update .. the next one is Wednesday, but you can put the trees out with the regular trash. I guess they just aren't recycled and go in the landfill.

    Tree removal was to occur this past wednesday as well. Judging by the large Fir still laying on my driveway, I guess they missed my house. :)

    I put mine out, as instructed, last Tuesday night, to be picked up on Wednesday. Its still laying there, although the regular garbage pick up will take it today, hence, instead of recycling, it will go to the landfill. Maybe you will have better luck, put it out next Tuesday night, and they are supposed to pick it up on Wednesday. (2 of my neighbors put there's out for regular trash pick up and they took them).

    Does anyone know what's going on with the LACK of tree pickups? We also had ours on the curb the night before the second tree recycling day, Wed 1/12, and it was not taken. Then it was passed over again on the regular trash pickup on Fri 1/14. Take my tree, please!

    They took ours on the 12th. DOn't why it's so sporadic.

    Our tree has now been on the curb for two recycling pickups (one specifically designated for xmas trees) and three trash pickups. When will they take it away?!

    Will do, but we're not the only ones on Milford Drive with trees sitting on the curb after many recycling and trash pickups. They left it out there again today.
