    I'm looking for a townhouse to rent short term. For about 5 months as we wait for Van Metre to build our new house. I prefer in the area within Mill Run Elementary. Please let me know if you know of one.

    Hi,

    What is the price range you are looking to stay within? Also, when do you need to move in? I may have one that would be available... We are currently moving away from the area and are considering renting it. It is a brand new TH, 3 bedroom, 1 car garage, fenced yard. Unfortunatly, no smoking or pets would be considered. We feed into the school in Southern Walk. (not sure if this is Mill Run)
