Replacing Deck

    If I'm replacing a deck that was previously put through the Modification Subcommittee process do I need to go through it again? The deck is not holding up well.

    If it is exactly the same, you do not need to reapply - However if the size, design or materials are different, then you do...Just as a matter of course, it's always better to submit an application.

    Thanks, after further thought, we will be revising the design. So I'll submit the request as required.

    T8erman - just like the Supreme Court, I think you have to recuse yourself from this one.
